Slowing Down in a High-Stress World
Whether you are a college student navigating campus, a university faculty member managing institutional exhaustion, or a remote professional constantly over-functioning, your nervous system internalizes the pressure. Chronic stress triggers a permanent fight-or-flight alert state, draining your physical health, your focus, and your creative vitality.
You don’t have to hold this all alone. My Reiki practice provides a safe, protective space to clear emotional and physical blockages, quiet high-alert cognitive noise, and return your body to a state of absolute serenity. Combining my perspective as an author, researcher, and internationally-certified Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, I offer gentle, restorative care designed to help you reclaim your center, protect your boundaries, and live from a somatic baseline of wholeness.
