🌸 Level I – Shoden (初伝) | Awakening the Healer Within

Duration: Half Day | Investment: $375 | Prerequisite: Prior reiki energy healing experience. Shoden means “first teaching.” This level opens the physical and energetic channels, allowing Reiki to flow through your hands and heart. You’ll learn the history, principles, and foundational techniques of Usui Reiki and begin a 30-day daily self-Reiki practice. You will learn/receive: • Introduction to the five Reiki precepts (Gokai) and the story of Dr. Usui • Understanding Ki and the body’s energy centers (chakras) • Hand placements for self-healing and balance • Your first Reiju attunement ceremony • Grounding and cleansing rituals to stabilize your energy. Outcome: You’ll be able to give Reiki to yourself and loved ones confidently, cultivating calm, clarity, and self-trust.

🌕 Level II – Okuden (奥伝) | The Practitioner Path

Duration: Half Day | Investment: $550+ | Prerequisite: Reiki I + 30 days self-practice Okuden means “inner teachings.” This level deepens your connection and introduces sacred Reiki symbols (shirushi), expanding your ability to offer healing to others and across distance. You will learn / receive: • Second Reiju attunement – amplifying the heart chakra • The three Usui symbols for power, harmony, and distance healing • Protocols for professional Reiki sessions and ethical practice • Techniques for emotional and mental clearing • Distance and group Reiki applications Outcome: Upon completion, you may begin professional practice. You’ll complete 10–20 practice sessions and maintain daily self-Reiki for two months before Level III.

🔥 Level III – Shinpiden (神秘伝) | The Master Level

Duration: Full-Day Immersion | Investment: $1250-$1500 | Prerequisite: Reiki II + 2 months practice Shinpiden translates as “mystery teachings.” Here you receive the Master Symbol (Dai Ko Myo) and learn advanced methods for clearing, protection, and vibrational expansion. This level invites deep spiritual growth and responsibility in how you hold energy for others. You will learn / receive: • Master Symbol attunement and its higher-frequency meditations • Psychic surgery and advanced energetic clearing techniques • Creating Reiki grids and programming crystals • Building personal protection and grounding protocols • Self-mastery journaling and reflective integration Outcome: You’ll channel a stronger Reiki flow and hold expanded awareness. Students remain at this level 3–6 months before Level IV.

🕊️ Level IV – Shihan (師範) | Reiki Master Teacher & Lineage Keeper

Duration: 2 Day Retreat | Investment: $2,500+ | Prerequisite: Reiki III + 3–6 months Master practice Shihan means “teacher” or “master instructor.” This final training empowers you to transmit Reiki attunements, teach all prior levels, and preserve the lineage through your own authentic voice. You will learn / receive: • Master Teacher symbols and attunement protocols for Levels I–III • How to lead Reiju ceremonies and guided energy meditations • Teaching ethics, curriculum design, and group energy management • Holding sacred space and energetic boundaries as a facilitator • Practice teaching segments and attunement “cheat sheets” Outcome: You’ll graduate as a Certified Reiki Master Teacher — able to attune, teach, and carry the Reiki Goddess™ lineage forward with confidence, compassion, and grace.

💠 Energy Exchange & Commitment • Students may study privately or in small groups (in person in Ithaca or via Zoom). • Each level includes a manual, certificate, and post-class mentorship support. • For barter or hybrid agreements (e.g., spa services or lodging credit), values are adjusted 1.5×–2× to ensure equitable exchange for preparation and lineage teaching.
