A: Absolutely. While many of my clients are coaches, I also work with leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want to clarify their voice, protect their wellness, and grow in purpose.

When we say “coach,” we’re speaking to purpose-driven, soul-led entrepreneurs who use their wisdom to help others grow.

That includes:

• Certified or uncertified coaches

• Consultants who coach clients 1:1 or in groups

• Speakers who sell transformation from the stage

• Wellness professionals, healers, creatives, and guides

• Anyone building a business rooted in service, storytelling, and impact!

You don’t need a coaching certificate. You do need a calling — and a desire to grow in clarity, confidence, visibility, and purpose. I have doctors, lawyers, athletic coaches, and business owners who all consider themselves coaches on our roster!

A: No. My work is spiritual, not prescriptive. I honor all faiths, all paths, and those who are still exploring or not exploring. We lead with respect, not rules.

A: Michelle is an internationally-certified stress reduction and wellness expert, a doctoral scholar in executive leadership, an internationally-certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, a certified life and business coach from the American Union of NLP, and has an eCornell certification in Work-Life Balance. She also holds an MPS Degree in Organizational/Risk Communication from Cornell University and a dual-BA Degree in English, Literature, and Rhetoric and Political Science from Binghamton University where she was Commencement Speaker. Other qualifications, awards, and certifications include: Virtual Presenter; Burnout Reduction Expert; Cultural Competency; Group Conflict Negotiator; and Critical Incident Stress De-Briefer. She also has three Ithaca Times Readers’ Poll distinctions for which she is grateful: (“Best New Common Council Member,” “Best Local Legislator,” and “Best Actor/Actress”).
